These terms apply to all purchases made on ailabs.courses, a product of Autometa Limited (registered in England and Wales). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase a course from AI Labs Courses, you are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content. Payment is processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.
After purchase, you will receive an email containing a licence key and a link to activate your access. Activation is limited to one device. If you need to switch devices, contact us at contact@autometa.dev and we will reset your access manually.
Your licence is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly display any course content, in whole or in part, by any means now known or later developed. You may not upload course content to file-sharing services, mirror sites, peer-to-peer networks, AI training datasets, or any platform that makes it accessible to others. Sharing your licence key, account credentials, or activation link with any other person is strictly prohibited.
You may quote brief excerpts of course materials for the purpose of personal commentary, criticism, review, or non-commercial education, provided you (a) clearly attribute AI Labs Courses as the source, (b) do not reproduce material in volumes that substitute for purchase, and (c) do not present the excerpted material as your own work. Sharing entire lessons, downloadable PDFs, or step-by-step recreations of the course is not fair use.
You are responsible for keeping your licence key and any associated credentials confidential. If you believe your access has been compromised, notify us immediately at contact@autometa.dev. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke licence keys that show signs of sharing, automated access, or unauthorised distribution.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source materials or video files outside of normal playback; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to download, mirror, or interact with the course beyond ordinary personal use; (c) circumvent any technical measures used to protect, gate, or watermark the content; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; (e) use the content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine learning model; (f) exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or misconfigurations to gain access you have not paid for; or (g) use the content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export controls.
All course content — including videos, written materials, downloadable resources, code samples, and the underlying course structure — is owned by Autometa Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. The licence granted is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for the sole purpose of your personal study.
Breach of these terms — including any sharing, misuse, or prohibited conduct described above — may result in immediate revocation of your access without refund. Where infringement is wilful or commercial in nature, we reserve all rights to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, and recovery of legal costs. Continued use after termination is unauthorised and may be treated as further infringement.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com in accordance with their refund policy. Please review the full Refund Policy at ailabs.courses/refund before purchasing. Refunds may be withheld where there is clear evidence of bulk consumption, downloaded materials, or breach of these terms.
We aim to keep course content accessible indefinitely. We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire content with reasonable notice. Lifetime access means access for as long as this product is actively maintained.
Course content is provided for educational purposes only. Results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, earnings, or career progression.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your course access after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
