It can take a few minutes. Look in spam, promotions and updates, and search your inbox for "AI Labs".
Work and school addresses sometimes block it: try a personal address, or sign in with Google. You can ask for a new link after a minute on the sign-in page.
Each link works once, for a short time. Ask for a new one and open the newest email. Opening it on a different phone or computer is fine.
